The beautiful designs of Montreal designer and owner of de Poitiers, Julie Charbonneau. Julie describes her design philosophy as a combination of classic French style with contemporary functionality. French and white white white? Can you imagine me swooning over here? I would like something more cozy and lived-in but still this is so classy! The bathroom and the spiral staircase (with the black and white dog) is my favourite. After 11 years under the thumb of a former Merrill Lynch broker who was docked for insider trading, the Manhattan townhouse made famous by the iconic Audrey Hepburn flick Breakfast at Tiffany's has again come up for sale. Listed for $5.85M, the 15-foot-wide Upper East Side house served as the backdrop for the exterior shots, but, disappointingly, it seems most of the interiors were shot on a sound stage. Regardless, it is incredibly gorgeous and who wouldn't want to own (and live in) such a incredible piece of cinematic history? Ahhh if only I have $6 million to spare. Hah!

There is so many things that is wonderful about this video: the two gorgeous houses, the clothes she's wearing (if I could, I would buy everything from Zara), her voice.. there is a kind of satisfaction and pleasure in her voice when she talks about her job and the things she does. After growing up in the Bay Area of California and living in Paris for five years, the designer (and former Fashion Funder) Erin Fetherston moved to New York in 2007 and immediately launched the search for a new space that possessed the same old-world charm as her apartment in France. After looking for more than a year (“It was so much harder than I had expected,” she says), she finally found the perfect spot: a recently converted loft in Tribeca with high-ceilings and massive windows that overlook the Hudson River. She took to the task of decorating immediately—a process greatly slowed by the fact that it took several months for her beloved antique and vintage furniture to make the slow boat trip across the ocean. “I spent a lot of time in this big apartment with almost no furniture,” she says with a laugh. But, for Fetherston, it was well worth the wait. “I see it as a reflection of my creative universe,” she says. “It’s romantic and chic, but clean and modern.”

CUT architectures designed the first Coutume café in the centre of Paris combining a roastery and a café offering the best coffees in Paris and a neat selection of fresh and organic food and delicacies.
Oh my, the interior of this cafe is perfect. If only I could go to Paris soon, everything there is so pleasing to the eye.
